School Tours of Old Government House
School groups are welcome to visit Old Government House Monday to Friday  between 10am – 4pm – bookings are essential. If you are also visiting Parliament House please allow 15 minutes to walk between Parliament House and Old Government House.

Education Group Tour Information
To book your school visit to Old Government House, complete the Schools booking form (PDF 131 kB) and email to ogh.enquiries@qut.edu.au.

The visit is designed to compliment a similar trip to Parliament House.

Old Government House provides numerous opportunities for discovering and learning for students of all ages.

Online Resources
Take advantage of our online resource material to ensure that your trip to Old Government House enhances and enriches learning experiences in the school curriculum. While the online resources are designed for Year 7 students and aligned to the SOSE essential learnings, the Factsheet and other Resources can readily be used for students at all levels. Admission
Admission to Old Government House is free however, it is essential to book for groups.

Chaperones
The chaperones accompanying the group must ensure that student behaviour and conduct is compliant with the Old Government House Code of Conduct. We recommend a minimum of 2 adults to accompany the group.

Toilets
Male and female toilets are located in the building.

Old Government House caters for visitors in wheelchairs
