The Lamington Challenge 2014

Get ready for a lamington-themed morning of activities when Old Government House opens its doors to kids and families to celebrate National Lamington Day.

Our Lamington Hunt will have you scurrying between the House and The Cube as you discover clues and answer questions about the iconic lamington at the very place the delicious cake was invented. Creative kids can enjoy the Craft Corner with a range of lamington-inspired activities.

Kids who complete the Lamington Challenge will go into the draw to win a range of exciting prizes, including a family pass to The Gruffalo and Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.

For the big people, The Pantry café located in the House courtyard will offer free coffee to the first 50 parents and a special National Lamington Day coffee and lamington deal.

With a healthy supply of lamingtons and fun-filled challenges and prizes, you won't want to miss out!
