Sunday Concert: Highlights of Stage and Screen

Brisbane Concert Orchestra conducted by Bernie Hoesman presents a morning concert featuring a selection of well known melodies from light classics, operatic overtures and movie themes.

Brisbane Concert Orchestra is one of Queensland's longest-running orchestras, comprising members from all walks of life including educators, advanced students and keen amateurs. The community based, non-profit orchestra plays classical and light entertaining music ranging from Beethoven to Bernstein.

High Tea at The Pantry

Newly opened in the Old Government House courtyard, The Pantry café is offering High Tea to complement your Sunday Concert. Enjoy The Pantry's special take on this elegant tradition with a menu of three-tiered delights including sweet and savoury bites. For the little lords and ladies, The Pantry has a scrumptious kids' menu including fairy bread, marshmallows, fruit and chocolate fondue.

Bookings are essential. The Pantry café will also be operating as usual for over-the-counter orders.
