Location
The Gallery is situated in Old Government House on Main Drive at QUT's Gardens Point campus in Brisbane's Central Business District. The three main access points to the campus are George Street, the Goodwill Bridge and City Botanic Gardens.
Transport
Visitors can travel to and from Gardens Point campus using bus, train, taxi, CityCat or ferry. For timetable information phone Transinfo 131 230 or visit www.transinfo.qld.gov.au. There is also a taxi drop-off point at the George Street entrance to QUT.
Please be advised a major re-development of the QUT Science and Technology Precinct at the Gardens Point Campus is now underway and will be completed in the beginning of 2012. The redevelopment has placed restrictions on access to Old Government House, with suggested pedestrian routes and the construction area shown on the map below.
Parking
24-hour car parking is available seven days a week in the Short-term Car Park under the South-East Freeway at the Gardens Point campus. Parking in this zone is limited during the university semester. Simply purchase a voucher from the ticket machines located in the car park and display it on the dashboard of your vehicle.
