Brisbane Open House is a free public festival that celebrates Brisbane's architecture and offers behind-the-scenes access to 100 buildings across the city.

Old Government House will open its colonial doors to the Brisbane public on Sunday 13 October for Brisbane Open House. Come and explore Queensland's first public building, the home and official state office for Governor Bowen, Queensland's first governor.

To celebrate, the Amadeus Orchestra will perform from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

Short guided tours are available at 10:15am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Places are limited and self-guided tours are available if visitors miss out. No bookings required, please meet in Old Government House Gift Shop.
