Strings in the House
There’ll be plenty of strings attached when the Hillbrook String Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble and String Quartet present a morning of acoustic string music at Old Government House. The program will include the works of the great composers including Bach and Mendelsohn as well as contemporary guitar ensemble arrangements of Llobet, Altmeier-Mort and Rutledge.
Presented as part of Brisbane City Council’s Bands in Parks program.
Organisers will photograph and record events for use in marketing and communications. If you do not wish to be photographed and recorded please advise staff upon arrival.
